These garage doors are made with an insulated steel construction and fashioned to resemble the elegant wood designs of traditional carriage house doors. The wood grain textured trim boards are resistant to dents and the elements. You can choose from a broad selection of windows and hardware options to further customize the look of your garage door.
Insulation and Design
Customers can choose a variety of designs. Its superior insulation has an R-value of up to 12.76. The definition of R-value is a measure of resistance to heat flow through a given thickness of material. The higher the R-value, the greater the resistance. The Courtyard Collection features a foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation which helps control costly heat loss and gain. It also can help diminish street noise and provides for quieter door operation. In addition, it has thermal seals in between the garage door sections, which provides superior resistance to Minnesota’s outdoor elements.
The trim boards that are used on the Courtyard Collection have a wood grain texture that is resistant to dents and outdoor elements. This door even offers a commercial grade track and hardware which results in a quieter operation.

Colors
In addition, you’ll want to see our color samples in person, because a computer screen monitor or a printer can vary from what the actual color looks like. The Courtyard Collection garage door comes in nine colors: white, almond, desert tan, sandstone, terra bronze, brown, hunter green, black and gray (Black and gray are available in our 160 series only). Door overlays and window trim are available in these colors as well, or can be painted to match your home’s décor (additional charges may apply.) The 160 series garage doors can be painted solid or two-tone. The 370 series in only available with white trim.
Warranty
For the 160 series, there is a limited lifetime warranty on the door. For the 370 series there is a 20 year limited warranty on the door. The Door People at Overhead Door Company offer a 1-year warranty on their installation.
